FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does consignment work?
When you bring in items staff will appraise them and decide on a price. When the item sells you'll receive 55% of the selling price.

How do you price items?
For brand new items we typically begin pricing at half of the current retail price. For used items we assess the condition of the item, its current price range, and compare it to similar items in our inventory.

When and how do I get paid?
When your item sells you'll receive 55% of the item's selling price. We provide 3 types of payment: cash (under $100), cheque (Over $100), or store credit (this option will provide a 5% discount to your purchase!).

How do I find out if my items have sold?
Consignors will have to call the store or drop by to check their account balances.

What happens to items if they don't sell?
Consigned items that stay in the shop longer than 60 days are subject to price reduction, and consigned items that stay in the shop longer than 90 days are subject to donation. To prevent any unwanted price reductions or donations we ask consignors to keep their copy of their contract and check in on their items at the 60 and 90 day mark.
What if I change my mind?
If you consign an item and change your mind before it sells you're able to pick it up anytime! We just ask that you give us a call in advance so we can find your specific item(s) and save you from having to wait during busy hours.
